The derby shoes ordered were beautiful quality. On the website two different finishes of shoe were displayed, one being leather and the other patent leather. I ordered the plain leather , however I received patent leather shoes. I do not know if they were sent in error or the finishes were very similar. I followed the easy return service and received a refund promptly. Dealing with the company was very good but sadly I was disappointed with the finish on the shoes , despite them being of beautiful quality.

With online services you might not get the “right” size for you, however, after I contacted the customer services (very quick to respond, I managed to fill the form to exchange for a different size and all went smoothly with no issues. I felt valued as a customer.
