I asked the question of whether the system had logged that I wanted a replacement and not just a return of my suit jacket. This was ignored and it appears that all the correct sizes are gone. I am now left with a surplus pair of suit trousers and no jacket

Delivery was meant to take 2-5 working days, it’s been more than that. I ordered a tie for a wedding and my tie that I ordered never arrived. Absolutely shocking. I had to wear some old tie to the wedding.
