Jan 22,2024A suit was on sale from your 1913 collection, I ordered this and then was informed the trousers were out of stock. They should not have been available on the website. I had tried to purchase this suit a year earlier from your Jermyn street store where the only one in my size was on a display mannequin, I was told by the store staff they could not take it off the mannequin, which is something I would expect most shop staff to do if it meant making a sale. Twice now I have not been able to buy this suit due to issues with how the shop is run.

Jan 22,2024You don’t receive a confirmation mail, until the order is processed, which was a surprise to me but, the products were beautiful and were delivered beautifully packaged in a nice box.The lady I talked to at customer service, was very polite and helpful. All in all I am very satisfied.

Jan 22,2024Have worn these shirts for over 20 years and never had any issues the only issue I have personally is they never have the colours I like when I first want to order but they come around in the end so a little patient waiting never hurt anyone and the delivery is good without any issues ever
