The shirts are lovely, great quality and good fit
I am still waiting a part of my order. Number: 2761501
I was impressed with how easy it was to buy online. It was my first time to buy from Hawes and Curtis on line. I always buy from the store in person. But I was impressed it was simple to buy online.
Great quality shoes, nicely packaged. Quick delivery too. A name with great history and well priced. Will be a regular customer now. Everything was perfect from a consumer point of view. Thank you.
It's quite difficult to find workwear for women, so I was pleasantly surprised to find I liked so many items at Hawes & Curtis. In the course of just a little over a month since I discovered this brand, I have purchased and decided to keep 4 shirts. I am very happy with the items I bought due to the following: - Lots of variety (in terms of colour, patterns, and style) - Good choice of fabric (I think cotton is much better than the materials other brands use for workwear - such as polyester, viscose, elastane - and I find it more in keeping with classic workwear). However, a downside of cotton is that the material wrinkles quite easily. Perhaps you would consider using other similarly good quality materials in order to add more variety to the selection? This is the only thing which I found could be improved regarding the shirts you currently offer - I'm very happy in all other aspects! - Quite affordable. Like I mentioned before, not only is women's office clothing more difficult to find, but it is also often made of cheaper and low-quality material, which makes these items more affordable. When looking for better quality clothing, it seems price increases disproportionately. Neither option has left me satisfied, but Hawes & Curtis is the first brand I've encountered which sells good quality and appealing women's workwear at a reasonable price. While these are the main reasons I have found my experience with your brand quite enjoyable, I would also like to add that stocking women's shirts with double cuffs, or with a collar and cuffs in a different colour to the rest of the shirt, are among the things that also appealed to me. Finally, I would like to add some recommendations. As I mentioned previously, stocking shirts in other materials asides from cotton would be an added bonus. One of the shirts I have purchased from H&W is made of twill, and while it was slightly more expensive than another of your shirts in cotton, I didn't mind paying extra in order to have some variety in terms of fabric (furthermore, twill seems like a great material for shirts since it doesn't wrinkle as much, and is very soft and pretty). Similarly, I believe there could be lots of improvements made to the selection of blouses. I was able to find many shirts which I liked, but had no such luck with blouses. I found them all very similar in style and cut (loose, with relatively high necks and huge bows) and did not appreciate designs, which I think are too colourful. My preference would be for blouses to have patterns that aren't quite so 'loud'. This is not to say that I would like them to be in one, solid, dim colour - I appreciate patterns and colourful items of clothing, but I found the blouses too overwhelming. I hope you find my review useful! Please feel free to contact me if you would like my opinion or further explanation on other matters.
I chose store collection but have not received an email, as promised, to say that product has arrived. So currently £250 down and no product ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Delivered on time great quality perfect fit
Fits really well
Absolutely beautiful. Well made and fits perfectly. It’s also nice to receive a jacket zip up cover for travelling.
Really good fit and quality. Delivered within 5 bus days too.
Purchase is true to size and good quality. Easy order and store pick up service
I had a good one
Great price on a good quality tie plus free delivery can't want anything more
Thoses clothes are well made, the service is really reactive and professionnal. A good adress for someone that reach some business and formal wear
I bought a suit and two shirts. The order for the shirts was separately done and as below the £175 threshold for free delivery I also paid £4.95 for delivery. Both orders were placed on 21st Jan. Both orders arrived on 27th Jan. The shirts were great and a lovely fit. With regret I have to return the suits as the jacket sleeves are made for a man who scrapes his knuckles on the ground as he walks along the street. Nothing looks more stupid than for a man’s sleeves to be halfway down his hands, a point ignored by quite a few who should know better. The only way to fix this is to remove the sleeve from the jacket and remove the excess from the top of the sleeve and then reattach to the jacket; very time consuming, expensive and rarely a great result. What a shame!
The jacket on me look amazing! I also got a suit bag with it which I wasn’t expecting, I love it. That’s what I call looking after the customers and protect the garment
Timely Delivery
Wouldn't order online from them again. Took them quite a few days to acknowledge my return. Took more days to say they will process it. Wanted an exchange they didn't even read my paperwork or email request.
Love my new blouses. Only worn and washed one so far but seem great quality so I've ordered another few. Sale prices are very good too. I've yet to visit a store but think I will do that when I'm next in London

Jan 29,2024Shirt is okay, if a little overpriced. The knitted tie, however, looks and feels cheap (and also had a loose thread) which I will be returning. To add insult to injury, I have just noticed that a £3 handling fee will be deducted from the refund! Recommendation: Avoid
