Feb 18,2025I contacted hays travel on February 10th 2025 for an travel insurance to Czech Republic embassy on February 11th 2025. I forgot to print my insurance coverage to the embassy and the embassy requested for it. I contacted them and they immediately re-sent it to me and it was accepted. The branch is Southbourne Bournemouth. Thanks to them and I will always patronise them.

Feb 18,2025We have always gone to Retford to book our holidays and like to speek to Heather as she as always been really helpfull and friendly nothing is too much trouble for her we class her as our own holiday consultant the other staff are always friendly polite .The after service is also excellent helping sort out car park airports 2 yrs ago I'd broke my leg badly and Heather sorted out all the assistance I needed on the planes and boarding the ship so we keep going back
