We were Listened to and given great advice and suggestions; with a lovely atmosphere inside the shop and there was no problem allowing our dog; no rush or ‘hard sell’ for us to make a decision and it was truly a relaxing experience! We did book our trip to Copenhagen as the hard work was done for us and everything explained clearly. Can’t wait to book our next trip with them. Highly recommend as it’s such an easy way to find a holiday just right for us instead of my having to trawl through online detritus to find flights hotel etc and waste hours of my time.
