Feb 18,2025We haven't been abroad in over 7 years during which time my husband had a stroke which added to our fear of the unknown when travelling abroad and relying on others. But, we decided it was time and thought we would book something for next year. A friend had recommended Hays and so off we went! As soon as we walked through the doors at Hays Travel, Cupar, Ellena was extremely helpful and welcoming, offering tea or coffee as soon as we sat down she went through options for cruises and showed us a few remaining ones for this season and before long we were booked and looking forward to our cruise to the Norwegian Fjords this July!!! She really put our minds at rest and has given us lots of advice about what to expect. The only down side is we have to wait until July now to enjoy our trip!!! Thank you Ellena for all your help in arranging everything for us including the insurance for the trip.

Feb 18,2025When a Hay's Travel reservation agent in Belfast made mistakes with my booking, a Manager rang to ask me to take down my negative experience on Trust Pilot citing a mistake by the agent. Then yet another mistake occurred by reservation agent. I responded that I now have little confidence in their reservation systems. I made a mistake too -misreading their slew of documents. I made a payment of balance to the suppliers not Hays. I explained why given all the documents they attach, but no can do. They don't care. Easier to purchase an item from Amazon than a holiday firm. Amazon don't send their supplier's invoice at least. I may have to forego the 150 deposit Hays will not refund me. The Belfast manager is fab so hope all goes well with your booking though

Feb 18,2025Judith gave us plenty of holiday options to choose from. When we had decided on our favourite choice, we were wanting to tweak a little and asked if we could fly from a different airport. Judith looked into this for us and was able to help us. There were many questions we threw at her and she gladly answered everyone of them for us.
