Feb 18,2025Everything worked smoothly. However transfer from Barcelona port to hotel in Barcelona was a long wait from leaving ship to transfer time. We left the ship about 10am as this was our allocated time for our cabin and so had to wait a couple of hours outside the main port where there was no refreshments and very little shelter. Also it needs to be made clear what coffee drinks ate included in the basic package. We loved the actual ship but found the number of passengers a bit too much especially as they were mainly young families or those who had little respect for older people getting off at their deck

Feb 18,2025Me and my partner were struggling to find a holiday around September 2025 within our budget. After speaking to Sophie, Sophie was on the hunt to find us a nice holiday destination. Sophie found us a lovely hotel in Tenerife, in a perfect area which was also within our budget. We cannot wait to go to Tenerife and cannot thank Sophie enough for being so patient and so helpful. We will definitely be booking again with Sophie!

So organised and knowledgeable. Katie perfected our holiday to Iceland a few years ago- it was incredible . We needed Katie expertise to advise and help with researching a wedding overseas. Feb 18,2025They wasn't very clear from the start we are three older ladies we wanted a three bedded room we was sold and inside cabins with sofa bed but after booking found out it was bunk beds not sofa bed so then had to go for balcony cabin with sofa bed which cost more where all pensioners we was given a discount because of mis information the girl said PO had given us a big discount but they hadn't the shop gave us a small discount prices are not clear these days
