Grace, who'd declared she was an apprentice, was clearly still very experienced and capable, and where she did encounter a process she hadn't seen before, she didn't guess or bluff it out but rather sought clarification so as to make sure she only passed on correct and useful information. At the time, she was also juggling a call to another office for which she'd been on hold for ages; it really wouldn't have reasonable to expect her to lose her place in the queue and she politely explained her position to both us and her on-hold caller and progressed both tasks with minimal fuss. Much kudos to Grace for tolerating our vagaries and lack of certainty!

Feb 17,2025I had rang the Armagh branch about a month ago and was speaking to the lady in the travel money section - I think her name was June or Jade possibly. I asked if they made bookings for dog friendly areas along the north coast. She said she did not think they did but she double checked for me. When she came back to me she confirmed they could not but told me of a location she has been going to for many years. We booked it a couple of weeks later. My son and daughter also had been in and purchased some money from her and had only pleasant things to say about her and how all the girls were smiling and chatting happily with customers. Would highly recommended!

Feb 17,2025Sara ( American Geordie ) provided a great service (AGAIN ! ) she got us a good deal on the holiday we had been looking at online. She has a great personality and always makes you feel comfortable and less stressed ! this is the reason why we came back again this year ! hoping she could work her magic again AND she did ! We always go on holiday with my ex Army pal and his wife as we have known each other for over 50 years and they go into the Hays shop in Warminster ( over 300 miles away ) from us in Wallsend and she does a great job of linking our holidays together and if this holiday turns out as well as last years then we will be back again next year !
