Feb 16,2025Ashleigh & Lorna are so lovely. Have used Hays a few times for bookings to Prague, Disney, Lanzarote, Malta, Turkey etc always a smooth experience. The ladies are always happy to help! I have a little boy whos autistic and has behavioural problems, our last visit saw him having a meltdown in the shop and the girls were so nice about it and that is a massive relief for a struggling parent whos trying to contain his behaviour and calm him down. They will always be my go to travel agents! The lady on bureau de change is friendly and chatty too but sorry cant remember her name.... a lovely team!
