From the moment I called Hears, Hearing & Hearables, I was put at total ease from the first phone call to the many questions I had about getting my hearing aids! What I found when I called Hears, Hearing & Hearables was sincere and friendly people who listened closely to what I asked and what I had to say during the entire process – from talking about the type of hearing aids I wanted through getting the hearing aids delivered to my audiologist in New York in a timely and an easy manner. For my insurance, I had to have the receipt emailed to me in a certain way which was done quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend this company. They are knowledgeable and efficient and will walk you through the entire process in a friendly and understandable way.
