She instructed me to send some pictures of one of the items & she figured out what I needed. She Told me when I would expect delivery, sent me the details. Package arrived earlier than expected. She is a gem.

Jan 18,2024Both hearing aids are the same color, if they use a different color just to differentiate the left and right aid would be great. I am not sure yet if they are more powerful but these are working ok for now. I am not sure what's the fee if the hearing aids need to be repair after warranty expired?
