The customer service is great and you were definitely fast with bthe delivery 😁. My only suggestion/request would be to have an online video with instructions on how to use them. I live alone and it was difficult to try to attach both to the aid and my ear. I did see videos for the other types but not the double gold loop.

Without your business, my family would have gone without a charger for at least a week and a half. The audiologist couldn't get one in and had to send out the charger for repair. Very thankful for the fast shipping and the sweet thank-you note. Will come here again

Kim and Malia are highly competent in their profession, and provide a compassionate and effective service to their clients. They are quite unique in helping people to achieve their hearing goals, without forcing the patients to pay exorbitant prices for new devices. This is achieved through their consignment store which offers high-quality and gently-used devices for a fraction of the price of a new one. I was happy to sell a pretty sophisticated and unused device through their store. Kim and Malia were able to confirm the warranty coverage of the device and prepare it for listing in a very short time. They provided an excellent pricing guidance, while never pressuring me. Most importantly, they sold it, making it a win-win-win situation for all the involved! Thank you Kim and Malia!

Well, I was sent the wrong part. I was a little frustrated. Then I called. I can not say enough about the customer service i received. I was treated with respect. I was helped and not blamed for the mix up. The customer service rep even explained to me how it was their stocking mistake. Took care of it ASAP. I so happy that I will order the same part for my other ear.

They were very communicative, and wanted to make sure I either had instructions for programming my hearing aids or had an audiologist nearby that would be able to do so. The delivery was incredibly fast and they were sure to provide me updates pertaining to when the delivery would begin.

I couldn’t get my hearing aid and the remote to sync, and I followed the directions several times over. I called Hears Hearing and Hearables. I conveyed the issues I was having with syncing the two. The person asked for the model number and said she would send a video which should solve the problem. The video described how to sync the two and it worked!
