My original battery charger stopped working on the right side. I needed a replacement charger quickly so I found your company on Google. Ordered a replacement charger and it was delivered in two days. Thanks.

I was not told that this device does not work on all TV’s. It didn’t work on mine and I suspect it doesn’t work on a lot of TV’s.

The purchase process was flawless. Where the problem arose was with shipping. Product was shipped USPS and was very, very late - possibly lost. The company did little except say, we need to watch to see if there is any movement. it has been over a week and I still do not have the product nor is there an estimated delivery date when I track it. I am in a commercial sales role and IMO, the company should have shipped out another product immediately and taken the "lost" product up with USPS. What happened to "the customer comes first"?

Great company to work with. My hearing receiving cable broke and needed a new one so I found them online. I emailed them and they were quick to respond. I didn't know which receiving cable I needed so they helped me by suggesting a certain one. Unfortunately, the item I bought wasn't the right one so I had to send it back. I was promptly refunded minus the stocking fee and shipping which they were very upfront about. Fortunately, I was able to get one from my ENT Dr. This is one company I will definitely do business with again! They were very helpful, professional and very prompt with responding to my emails. I highly recommend Hears, Hearing & Hearables.
