You didn’t get 5 stars because the shipping fee was so high. It was more than the cost of the hearing aid solution.

I received a communication from you about the color of the charger at the time I was expecting it. The color didn’t matter, but it was too late to say so. So, it took twice as long to get it. The world of silence was extended as if someone there didn’t know what it was like.

Malia was the first person I communicated with; and I could not have been more pleased with the level of patience, assistance and customer service I received, WOW!. Then Kim helped; After realizing the receiver I needed was out of stock, she immediately informed me of the problem and offered another size as a temporary until the size I needed arrived. She did not want me to go without hearing in my left ear. From someone who worked in customer service for twenty year at a company I felt wrote the book on customer service… these two have shown me there is still great service out there. THANK YOU!!!

Shipping was timely and the packaging was great. I was not sure if this case would work for my son’s hearing aids but due to the description provided I was less concerned.
