The items came with no instructions....while I see their appeal, my eyesight is not so good anymore, and being rather clumsy (at best), I donated the units to my audiologist.....

I have miracle ear hearing aids. They don’t make the C-grid filters anymore. The ones I ordered fit but not what I was looking for. I’m afraid they might fall out in my ears.

Hearing aids do not charge with the charger provided. Rep was courteous and did what she promised. We just cannot charge the Widex hearing aids. I later learned I had tried to charge an old set of hearing aids(Battery Operated) not the new set of hearing aids. Hears Hearing had provided the proper charger and I retained the hearing aid charger recommended to me by Hears Hearing. This difficulty was caused by me not Hears Hearing.

Very pleased with the service I received from Hears Hearing & Hearables. My hearing Aid Charger stopped working. I was concerned that it might take 2 to 3 weeks before I was able to use my hearing aids. I was a little concerned that I ordered the new charger without letting me know approximately when it would be delivered. I sent an email that evening enquiring about the delivery date. I received an email back first thing the next morning that they would be mailing it out that day. I received it in the mail in 3 days. I was so pleased with the follow-up from your Company and getting the charger to me so quickly. Thank you and keep up the good work. Will be happy to do business with you again and to refer people to your Company. Thank You. Constructive feedback. I almost didn't place an order with your Company because there was nothing on your website that I could see with an approximate ship date or delivery date. I didn't want to buy it and then find out it was going to be several days. I was going to continue to look elsewhere but decided to take a change and hope for the best. Most companies that I have dealt with will give you at least a shipping date. You may want to consider doing that. I suspect you may be losing business because you are not giving potential buyers with that information.
