Jul 21,2024Welcomed on arrival and seen on schedule. Very efficient well explained procedure (CTCA scan) carried out in a pleasant manner by each of the staff involved. And a good quality cup of coffee before departure!

Jul 19,2024This was my first visit for my first CT coronary angigram and, as expected, I was quite nervous. However, the lady at reception made me feel very welcome and sorted out a parking pass for me. The chairs in the reception area, I sat on the two seater, were not very comfortable. Design over comfort here I feel. They were low and not easy to get out of once seated, and I'm quite fit and able. The staff were fantastic making sure I knew what was going on. I have Graves and they triple checked that it was okay to give me the iodine for the contrast scan as it could have been a problem, but all was okay. After my scan I was given coffee and asked to sit back in reception to wait for the all clear, BP etc. checked. Every member of staff was friendly, welcoming and thorough. I would recommend this lab for a CT coronary angigram.

Having a team taking you through all of this process who immediately put you at ease, with the right balance of friendliness/humour and professionalism is hugely reassuring. What a great team! Highly recommended.

The staff at the clinic were very welcoming, explained what would happen and put me my ease. I felt the clinic was very calming. Also good that there was easy parking and refreshments. Overall very professional.

Jul 01,2024Very thorough examination. I had an Echo gram, ECG and a CT scan all in one afternoon’s appointment. I was also fitted with a heart monitor before I went home. I felt I had been properly looked after.

Aug 30,2024I was seen on time and was able to have the tests the Consultant recommended at the same time as my visit, I did not have to return for the tests. No problem in parking.
