Top quality fast knowledgeable staff!!!!!! They work hard to not only locate your part but also to get the best price and to get it to you quickly. One call and done service!!!! Plus everyone is super friendly!!! Like calling a friend to order parts.

Sent me the wrong fan blade, when i sent all the information the the part number was completely different and wrong they said it looks like it does on the picture. I ordered a perfect replacement model number and they sent me A completely different model number and are not motivated to remedy the problem. Had to go to another vendor to get the proper part. I will stick with the other vendor as my company has had many negative experiences with heritages call center services.

Heritage is my first, go to place for parts. Over the past 5 years I can count on one hand the number of times they have failed to have the part I needed. I can typically get the parts the next day so impact on our business is limited. Their prices are slightly higher than online stores like Amazon but with the speed and accuracy of my order the marginal price increase is well worth it. When I call the phone usually rings one or 2 times and I’m immediately greeted by someone who wants my business and calls me by my first name. Over the past 10 years I have never felt like my call was an inconvenience. I’ve never been treat like a customer, I’m a friend that needs assistance.
