Jul 09,2020I have a year-old Friedrich AC that liberated a fan blade. I could NOT find this part anywhere. I contacted the manufacturer but they never got back to me. I contacted numerous parts distributors and either no one could help me or never bothered to contact me back. I contacted Heritage and in 1 day I got a reply from Korey saying he would look into it and within 2 days received an email with a link to purchase the part I needed. I am thrilled. I will always do my parts business with Heritage from now on.
