online service was great, shipping was efficient, especially for someone who doesn't shop online. However, the cost to ship was insane. A simple handle costing less than $5, was $30 to ship-not impressive. Regards, Pat S Woodhouse

I ordered a part for a Henny Penny fryer on a Thursday and was given an ok price but with a great overnight price of 25 dollars. I told my customer I ordered it over night but would get it late in the afternoon the next day and since ups always delivers in my area late, I would install the part the following morning (Saturday). The part never came and when I checked tracking, it said delivery is set for Wednesday by end of day which means I can't install until Thursday. At the moment I have a extremely angry customer who has called someone else to do the job. I could have ordered from Amazon with free shipping but the earliest I would get it would also be on Wednesday. I do not like losing customers and the customer will tell this story to others customers who are seeking a commercial appliance repair tech.

Ever since the merger with Parts Town I have been moved to 2 different customer service reps and the response time for my parts inquiries has gotten longer. Heritage has lost a lot of business from me due to if I do not get a quick response to my requests I now move on to a different parts supplier.

I just received a WINHOLT WATER PAN HEAT ELEMENT $250+. IT ARRIVED TIMELY BUT DID NOT HAVE THE SCREWS TO ATTACH ELEMENT. DUE TO CONSTANT MOIST CONDITIONS IN A PROOF BOX, THESE SCREWS CAN EASILY DETERIORATE AND NEW SCREWS SHOULD COME WITH EACH REPLACEMENT ELEMENT. WE COULD NOT INSTALL THE ELEMENT AND ARE ON A SEARCH FOR COMPARABLE SCREWS TO FINISH THE JOB.

I ordered container guides for my Hamilton Beach Malt Mixer early one evening to be shipped in 3-5 days. The next day I had them early in the afternoon. Not even 24 hours later. What spectacular service! Very pleased! Will check with Heritage Parts next time I need a part. Thank you.
