Oct 19,2020Your company was great. But the UPS delivery didn’t get the part to me until 2 days later, not next day as I was told. I recommend giving your customer the option to pay a little extra for next day delivery, rather than telling me ground delivery will get it to me next day. UPS assured me that they were under no obligation to deliver my package for 5 full business days after they pick it up. So 6 business days total. So 4 stars rather than 5.
