I am very happy with the parts. My only complaint is about excessive mailing costs. About $18 for ground shipping for 4 knobs that weigh nothing. I believe it is unfair to the customer.

I had never dealt with Heritage before so I was a little apprehensive to place an order. I called to order a part for an oven. The operator asked if I had model and serial numbers and I replied. She told me the item was in stock and that it would ship out that day and I received it the following afternoon. The oven was a vital piece of equipment that needed to be fixed so that we could continue to feed our patrons. Thank you Heritage. Your customer Service was excellent.

I wan inform that parts were in stock and be ship that day. I received it two weeks later. This is not the first time. I understand when something has to be order and will take time.
Charged 2 motors to my personal credit card, as did not have an account set up yet. Only received 1 motor. I called and Kara re-ordered the 2nd motor. Received 2nd motor 2 days later.
Had no problem with this order..it went very smooth.
