Sep 01,2020It is the worst company to ask for any part you need, the customer service is terrible one Gina or China yelled at me because I asked him to fix my account, they charged me double for a single order that was made and now it's my turn wait for them to solve it and my bank is overdrawn because they took 452 dollars more than the order was Very bad the terrible service I do not recommend that they buy here

Aug 31,2020Very prompt in getting the order out. The reason for 3 stars is the outrageous pricing on freight. OMG, for 5 small faucet disks, the freight charge was MORE than the product. They fit in a small envelope (less than a pound) for $26? The only reason I shopped with you was because you had the product. I have now found someone here in town.
