May 04,2023I’ve been for numerous scans throughout my pregnancy so far, and each and every scan has been perfect. The owner and his wife Olivia are so friendly and welcoming, my favourite sonographer is Catherine, (although they’re all really lovely) I really have developed a lovely relationship with Catherine and I couldn’t recommend her enough. Lovely clean, happy welcoming environment, and the experiences have really helped promote bonding with my baby BOY after having 3 girls! All scans have been very thorough and not rushed, absolutely amazing team!! 100% recommend!! Will definitely be returning to show the team my baby boy when he arrives because I feel they’ve bonded with him too with the amount of time I spend there haha! Worth every penny! May 01,2023Booked the £89 VIP package. For what we got it wasn't worth it. Arrived early, appointment was at 5 and was still sat there 15 mins later, for a heavily pregnant woman with a full bladder this was very uncomfortable. We went in to the sonogram, part of the package was weight of the baby which we didn't need as we had a growth scan the week before and the sonographer said she couldn't do it as it would conflict with what we had already found out from the hospital. Another part of the package was a gender reveal which we already knew, so that was pointless, no concessions were made for this or reduction in price. Baby wasn't playing ball so we had to go for walk and another couple were seen. When we came back we tried again. The images we received were very poor and most of them unusable. For nearly £90 I expected a little better. At the end we were given 4 images as 2 were very simliar. My partner asked if he could see the rest so we could choose and was told no due to GDPR, they are our images and we weren't allowed too choose what was printed. Any extras had to be paid for and were very expensive. We got a small gift package which contained a baby bottle and some leaflets. I expected something a bit more substantial as this is a V.I.P package. We were given access to a digital copy which we had to ask permission for via Google drive. Google drive is a very unsafe platform and not somewhere we would want our baby's pictures stored. The images are awful and most of them unclear and cannot use. I understand that sometimes baby doesn't want to play but this is not £90 worth of an experience. For a VIP experience it just seemed very basic and you were treated the same as someone paying a smaller package. No goodie bag, no special treatment nothing and mediocre pictures at the end. I just feel this was a waste of money and I am deeply disappointed at something that should have been a memorable experience.

Apr 30,2023From start to finish this was amazing! Having previously had a miscarriage my anxiety was off the scales and couldn’t wait 2 weeks for my NHS 12 week scan. Everyone was so friendly and reassuring my anxiety went from 10 down to 2!

Apr 28,2023Very good experience. Got the early pregnancy scan at 9w and the sonographer was detailed and explained things to me and my partner (first time parents!). My uterus was retroverted so couldn’t easily see with the normal scan so she used the vaginal scan.

I also had my youngest daughter who was very overwhelmed when I was on the bed and the sonographer was really great throughout. All the staff was so lovely and welcoming. We would definitely recommend.

Apr 24,2023Having a gender scan at hey baby was such a lovely experience. My children absolutely loved being part of it and wad made very welcome. They loved having photos taken at the flower wall. The ladies that helped us and scanned us were so welcoming, kind and friendly. All in all was an amazing experience.

May 06,2023Early reassurance scan - What reassurance? Went to HeyBaby in Mansfield, my first appointment I should have been 7 weeks. The lady who did the scan dated me at 6+1, saw a yolk sac etc and everything was fine. No heartbeat established but she said it was too early. She wanted me to go for a rescan two weeks later, which i did. I went in & she was showing me “baby” she said “look mummy baby’s here” and even though I couldn’t see much it felt like everything was ok. She finished the scan and said no heartbeat seen. So straight to the hospital to go to EPU, had an NHS scan and they tell me that unfortunately there’s a sac but nothing in it. There is no baby. Now can you imagine my confusion after just before being shown my “baby” that wasn’t actually a baby. Are your staff even professionally trained to be doing such a job? I am absolutely heartbroken, paid £95 to be made out I had a baby there when I didn’t. Absolute shambles of a company & I will make sure I tell everyone not to use!!! A money making scheme that take no responsibility or accountability of your wellbeing.
