Unfortunately, my recent experience with Hotforex has left me feeling deeply disappointed due to their poor handling of a recent contest, "Lucky USD." The lack of communication, vague timelines, and unannounced outcomes are unacceptable, especially for a platform that relies on client trust to thrive. Contest Announcement and Expectations When the "Lucky USD" contest was announced, it promised an exciting opportunity for participants to win rewards. Many traders, including myself, devoted time and resources to actively participate, expecting a fair and transparent process. However, as the contest concluded, things took a frustrating turn. The Problems 1. Winner Announcement Delay Despite the contest ending, the broker has failed to announce the winners in a timely manner. Traders have been left in the dark, unsure if the contest results are even being processed. This delay raises concerns about the broker’s ability to handle such events professionally. 2. Unclear Draw Date The broker did not specify when the prize draw would take place, leaving participants to guess or repeatedly check for updates. This lack of clarity suggests either poor management or a deliberate lack of transparency, which erodes trust in the company. 3. Lack of Communication Numerous inquiries from participants, myself included, have gone unanswered. The broker has shown no effort to address the concerns of traders or provide any updates, further aggravating the situation. Why This Matters Forex brokers operate in a highly competitive industry where transparency and customer satisfaction are key differentiators. When a broker fails to uphold these values, it raises red flags about their overall credibility. This mishandling of the contest might be indicative of larger issues within the company, such as disorganization or disregard for client concerns. My Recommendation Based on this experience, I would advise traders to exercise caution when dealing with Hotforex. A broker that cannot manage a simple contest transparently raises doubts about their reliability in more critical aspects, such as fund withdrawals or trade execution. If the broker wishes to restore trust, they must: 1. Immediately announce the winners of the "Lucky USD" contest. 2. Provide a clear timeline for future events and adhere to it. 3. Improve communication with their clients by addressing queries promptly. Until these issues are resolved, I cannot recommend this broker to others. Trading requires confidence in your broker, and right now, Hotforex is falling far short of that standard.
