Sep 09,2024Very Disappointed to this Broker... I was only try in 1st time and get a small amount withdraw, but keep happening problem like, when the withdrawal are failed they dont realize it even the payment been refund to their bank, still need myself to keep chasing and asking and only ask me to wait until 14days passed. However, they ask me to call my bank, then only found that bank have been refund the withdrawal to them but they did'nt notice to me. After that, I chase them to refund me to my wallet and I apply a new withdrawal to other bank, but I withdraw 222.89 USD (MYR 980.72), and I only received 154.98 USD (MYR 681.89) (I consider the it rate is 4.4)... So little money still want deduct the payment and I keep asking, they still no given a good answer even though live chat or email. Totally bad experience I met before.

Sep 05,2024Horrible slippage at the start. Do not forget about the data you are viewing being manipulated to the point where it's not even accurately represented on the charts on TradingView. I recorded more than 2 instances and sent them to the trading desk with no reply. Their data is delayed or overextends price-taking liquidity that should not be taken, manipulating you out of the trades.

Sep 03,2024I have had the worst experience with HFM. The slippage on the zero spread account was too much even on days there are no news. I even took a step further to contact customer support but those guys told me it can happen. But surely for all trades there is slippage? To make matters worse , l trade using market orders and last week on Thursday HFM decided there prices were not getting to my limits when i clearly see on other brokers went down with over 5 pips(XAUUSD). I dont recommend HFM , Its the worst broker with the most rude customer support

Sep 12,2024Update: Still no response on Trustpilot! See! SCAM ARTIST!!!! Original post: wish I could give them a zero. I was scalping on the 1 minute timeframe. I was having a great day with 7 straight profitable trades. I take it quite seriously when I scalp, as I execute fast and close as soon as it goes against me. I decided that the day was good and all my positions where closed. About 30 min later I logged into my MT5 and there was 2 open trades running in massive loss that I did NOT execute. I never open more than one position and sure as hell wont close my app with 2 open trades running, as I said I was scalping on the 1 min chart. I dont know what could have caused this. possibly a delay in data? Execution delay? The first response I got from these conartists, is that I must have been reckless with my password or possibly have been hacked. I mean honestly.... If you start getting to many profits, they will find a way to get money out of you. They must by B-Book, but will probably deny it and just give a generic response. They will never see funds from me again.
