J'avais payé initialement les produits avec la TVA anglais et comme DHL passe systématiquement les produits à la douane, j'ai eu droit en plus à la TVA française (+ les frais de dossier DHL, bien sûr...). Hiplok m'a rapidement remboursé la partie TVA britannique, merci à eux. la GB ne fait plus partie de la CEE, donc... douane et frais de dossier du transporteur... The products were quickly sent. I paid the DLock + the UK VAT + the French one (duties) + ... DHL fees! Hiplok has refunded the English VAT back to me as soon as I told them about the problem. Thanks them.

Jan 31,2023Hasn't been stolen so far so that seems ok the zip Tie kept changing the code and I kept getting stuck trying to reset the pin looking like I'm stealing my own bike when I eventually got it off I smashed it into oblivion... Aside from that it'd be good if you could remove the key when turned on the other locks either way but I'm also assuming it is because of one of the features that keeps it so highly rated I will purchase again but not your zip tie thingys just non-ideal continuously having to reset the passcode after has changed itself

The reason I'm giving it a four-star and not a five is for two reasons the main reason is I emailed them I was going to buy a few of the locks and cases and I asked if they had a discount for them. I received an email back stating it's a new lock .and we do not have discounts on them yet but they would give me a discount on the case. So I ordered one lock and two cases. I only received one case . To there credit. They sent me the other one out right away. Now this is the catcher. When I received the lock in the case they sent me a coupon for 20% off my next purchase. So they sent me a coupon after I made the purchase. When they told me there was none before I made the purchase. NOT COOL . 😑 MY REPLY NO CONFUSION. It doesn't say that on the discount code card . Also NOT COOL 😑

Jan 26,2023I already own a view items from Hiplok / my chain locks I ordered previously via Amazon / this time I ordered a ride shield directly from hiplok.com since there was a special 20% discount offer + free shipping / the product itself is ok, no problem with that; however, a big surprise came through a notification from the shipping company DHL directly 1 day after ordering - What I didn't realize during ordering process on the webshop is the high costs for additonal taxes to bring the goods from the UK into EU. From my opinion there should be a clear information about tax costs before submitting the order / for an order value of €107,99 I had to pay €48,8 add on costs - this is really not acceptable and for sure was the last time for me to order directly from hiplok.com / of course I know that it was not your idea that UK gets out of EU, but maybe you are able to ship your goods from another store, or warehouse location which is within EU in order to avoid angry customers like me ...

Jan 25,2023I ordered two Hiplok D1000 (Anti-Angle Grinder) D-Locks. Received the order within two days of placing the order. The order was delivered by DPD, which is one of the best couriers. I mention this because I have placed online orders with other retailers who use EVRI (formerly known as HERMES), and with every single order with EVRI as the courier, there have been serious delivery issues, and most of the orders were not delivered at all. So Hiplok using DPD as their courier is a HUGE + for me personally. The item was received safely and undamaged. The packaging was excellent and the product (Hiplok D1000) was/is of a high build quality, and will certainly deter most bike thieves from even attempting to steal your bike. Excellent work Hiplok. I would absolutely recommend Hiplok if you are considering purchasing security, accessories etc. for your bike.

Feb 06,2023The quality of the merchandise is quite good. However, given the picture that promoted it, I expected it to be a bit longer. I have found it is not that easy to wrap the chain around a stationary and secure it with my D1000. It is just a bit too short.
