I ordered the HIPLOK D1000 in MAY and received it 28th September. Supply issues yada yada.
Delivery was quoted as August but arrived end of september Now I have recieved, it's too small, the hoop needs to be longer, so the frame is not tight on securing posts or bars, not impressed. I order this because it's the best way of securing my electric bike but it's just too small. I'm using it now with a cable to allow me to not scratch the frame.

The Key Card was Missing with one locm
I pre-ordered 3 new Hiplok D1000 bicycle locks online directly from Hiplok website on May 26, 2022, prior to full US commercial release. Hiplok was offering them at a 10% discount for pre-orders and they expected delivery by August, but COVID-19 global supply chain delays occurred and the 3 new locks arrived 4 months later on September 27, 2022. This delay was acceptable to me and I’m glad that I waited because the locks are certainly impressive. They are very solid, well-designed, easy to use and very secure. I recommend Hiplok D1000 to everyone!
Parcelforce say that they have delivered. But no sign of the package. Where is it?
Never ever will I buy from hiplok,ordered grinder resistant d lock,these are made abroad in China,it took ages,excuse after excuse almost 3 months of waiting,they promised a specific week it will be delivered,it didn’t come,my friend who also ordered this lock same time and day got his I waited further two weeks and nothing,I made a complaint via email to hiplok about my friend receiving his lock and who has a English name and me having a Asian name,trust me I was discriminated by name,and now the same day I made this complaint they replied and said it’s on its way to me ready for shipping,wow discrimination exists if you have Asian name ,all the stress should have cancelled my order and stick with my trusted Abus d locks x2
This company needs more efficient shipping options / times.
After a no-show, Hiplok managed to sort it out and it was delivered the following day. I have two of these now so hopefully a decent deterrrent.

Love my D1000. Obviously top of the line quality. Packaging was very nice. 3 keys was a bonus. The only suggestion I have wove to make a larger model. Maybe call it the D1000 XL. I have an Ebike and the frame members are larger. It makes it more difficult to go around my bike and whatever I am locking to.
I pre-ordered in April with a very little discount and waited for the delivery in August this year. Now it is end of September and I am still waiting. Additionally, since the delivery was made from the U.K. (not an E.U. warehouse) I had to pay very expensive tax and custom fees for the stuff I have not seen yet. Overall, I would have stayed away from this order if I had known all this before. Update: Unfortunately, they arrived but are completely useless on a Riese+Müller Superdelite as well as on a Riese+Müller Homage! There is simply no way to put the locks on these bicycles, because the locks are simply too tiny. This is a piece of crap - Hiplok! We are very disapointed, so much money for nothing.
It took forever to receive the lock but that was due to labour issues at the dock. So we don't fault Hiplok
I'm not sure if this delivery went the way it suppose to be as I've specifically asked to have it send to another address then originally was given. DHL text me many times to ask if i would accept not to sign and i DID NOT give permission. Now I'm getting a notice that is been delivered and i don't have the lock!!! UPDATE I finally got the lock but it's very small and the lock itself very thick so i would need a chain of the same material so i can lock valuable items which of course isn't on the market yet i was told.
The item hasn't been delivered and communication has been poor. The item arrived an hour after I posted this review. I still stand by the communication comment. Under promise, over deliver and if you can't, COMMUNICATE!!

Good product, but slow delivery. Probably not Hiplok's fault, but they then advertised this (new) product, having not delivered to existing buyers. Not good for PR ! I ordered this on the 26th May 2022. As of September 27th I still don't have it !!! I'm sure it'll be good when I get it, but this was bought for my new bike (which I got in June !).
Hi Long time to wait but it’s a pre-order Hiplok send email to announce a delay about shipping For me : PAY ATTENTION ABOUT TAX AND FEES I’m in France 🇫🇷 and i pay 80€ of Tax for the D1000 importation Maybe is a good thing to wait the D1000 in your local retailer for non UK buyers i hope the D1000 take the promesses
