Nov 06,2018The hockey stick we ordered was unfortunately not in stock but they phoned us and offered to upgrade our order. The hockey stick arrived promptly and was also well packaged. Very happy with the service and would definitely use again.

Most recently I ordered a pair of astros in size 11.5 - I was informed almost immediately that there was a stock issue and given two alternative options which resolved this problem within a few hours of the initial order.

Oct 24,2018I was really happy with the service from Hockey Factory Shop, the kit was great and it arrived in good time as advised. The only reason it was not 5 Stars is that I had to return one hockey stick due to size and the return postage was very high due to the shape of the hockey stick, which I had to pay, I would prefer Hockey Factory Shop leveraged their postage volumes and help customers with returns by at least giving us a cheaper return cost by subsidising that cost or making it free. I appreciate that this cost could make the cost of goods more expensive.

Oct 24,2018I found the ordering process unclear. I ordered next day delivery but it didn’t come for 3 days. When told it was because I ordered after a specific time, I asked for a refund for the next day postage which I paid. I was told I couldn’t have it. I dislike companies who take customers money for greed. Will not order again on this principle

Oct 24,2018Thick sturdy fleece children’s gloves..fit for purpose.. Bought for grandchildren to go on a ski slope..but I can see they will also be perfect if we have a really cold winter..and even withstand SNOW! Also pretty good value for money as they look very well made.. Delivery was also very prompt..

Oct 20,2018I have used a lot of the leading hockey suppy websites for buying my daughter different hockey equipment, clothing and shoes and I couldn't believe how cheap the hockey factory shop was and the delivery was free, ordered on Sunday shoe's turned up Tuesday morning by DPD gave me a one hour time slot and they delivered, I will now make all my future orders from The Hockey Factory Shop
