Mar 19,2023The calming treats I purchased for my cat (3 containers) didn't do anything for her anxiety. The cheap calming treats on Amazon work vs these that are expensive. A waste of money and now I have to work harder to calm my cat while we transition back to the Amazon calming treats.

Mar 18,2023The treats are rock hard and difficult for my small dog to chew. I have to break them up and put them in her moistened food in the mornings. She also doesn't seem tempted by their taste and smell. They do however seem to be helping with her anxiety. She is a mill dog rescue and learning about the world and how to dog. I have to treat her hers daily and it seems she is dealing with treatment better now that she has had the chews 4 days in a row now.

"Bait and Switch" in business is not only fraudulent, but disgustingly immoral. I have tried to contact the business, but there is no answer to their customer service line. I DEMAND a refund and you just lost a customer who's been with you for years!!!

Mar 16,2023Received a tracking notice almost 2 weeks ago and my order has not even been picked up by the carrier per the tracking. Don't print out shipping labels weeks before you intend to ship. This is deceptive and the label is probably lost at this point in their warehouse.

With that being said I placed an order on February 28th on March 1st I got an email that my package was shipped, and received tracking number. It is March 14th,and I still have no package. I reached out to the customer service, and he said that my package wouldn't be shipped until the 15th. If my package hasn't even shipped, why did I get the email it was. Also 16 days from the date of order, and I have no products.

Mar 13,2023I appreciate the quality of Holistapet . My senior dog looks forward to her daily dose ( sometimes 2 doses) of CBD oil. Even though I use it externally on her , it works very well . It doesn't take long at all to take effect. Recently she hurt her back at my daughter's house. She couldn't move and she seemed to lose use of her back legs . I rubbed some CBD oil on her spine by her back legs muscles ( it's her usual problem there) within 5-8 minutes she was fine again . Even happily went down the stairs and jumped into car ( on her own) to go home . She slept well that night ( I gave her another dose ). She can't use it internally as she has all kinds of stomach issues including colitis . It helped her allergies tremendously too. She's a stray and came with lots of health issues. She has much improved over the last 5 years and I believe that prayer ,diet & Holistapet are what has helped her.

Mar 12,2023I noticed I put the wrong address on my order and immediately emailed hollistapet to update the error. Three days later they emailed back saying the oil had already shipped and I should contact DHL. When I contacted DHL they told me I would have to wait until the shipping updated to ups having the package to try and rectify the issue through them… I checked the shipping daily and it never noticed me when ups had it. It suddenly was delivered. End of story is I never received the package. I understand the error in address was my mistake, but I feel like if I emailed about it immediately after I ordered… the error should have been rectified before the package was sent out days later.
