Feb 28,2023Tried to reorder and was not allowed to use a coupon code. I've ordered twice in the past month using coupons and I was told I'm over the limit on coupons. This is not good customer service and a horrible business practice. In this economy I can't afford to pay full price and I won't when other companies would love my business. I really liked Holistapet products but I am offended that I was told that I couldn't use a valid coupon. Whoever made this rule should take some business lessons from other companies. You just lost a $300.00 sale and a future customer.

Feb 27,2023Overall a great experience. The website was easy to use. Lotsa different products to choose from. Shipping was on-time and as expected. Prices.....well it's a specialty product so the prices reflect that. My cats didn't even bother with the product CBD Salmon Hard Chews. One sniff and they were both done. I even put 1 chew in their regular food and they wouldn't even touch their food. As a rule, my cats are not finicky( as far as cats go). I have tried several times since and it's just not gonna happen.

Feb 23,2023HolistaPet is terrific – especially on auto-renew, so you always have the CBD to give your pet. We have an elderly kitty who has bad arthritis. I began giving her the CND and within a week or so she was walking a lot better. We have taken her to the vet, and they put her on a low dose of Gabapentin for the nerve pain. She is about 15 years old and had some kind of old injury to one of her hinds legs so this has been helpful for her to be able to walk. Thank You, HolistaPet!
