Dec 16,2022It’s an okay product, but I don’t see much difference in my 50+ lbs pitt, even after the highest recommended dose. It also took about 1.5 weeks to arrive and we were looking for something with a quicker shipping date. I was aware of the shipping time, our need became necessary quicker than expected. I would have cancelled and found something quicker, but I wanted to try this first.

Dec 09,2022The sales department have the shadiest sales practices. We are a store that sells their product. The sales rep not only adjusted an order but charged a card on file for $3400 without knowledge or authorization. The order was never approved or authorized but she wanted to say she gave us freebies for our customers. Not sure how that fits in. She indicated she refunded the order. Regardless we’ve filed a dispute with our credit card and all of her messages saying it was an honest mistake. In the meantime the order she said she cancelled and refunded was shipped the next day. She refuses to show the refund receipt. Imagine that. The order should have been voided. This is the second time and the second rep that has pulled shady stuff to get a sale. It’s the last time from us. CBD is a dime a dozen now. They need to clean up their act because their competitors actually provide great customer service.

Nov 24,2022Holistapet advertises what they call “HolistaPet Helps Sponsorship Program”, which claims they help families in need to pay for their dogs medical bills. We applied and were approved, for our poor dog Henry who was losing a battle with kidney disease. We had exhausted all our money getting him treatment after treatment, but couldn’t afford the long-term fix. We felt massively lucky and relieved when a representative of Holistapet reached out to us letting us know they would cover any/all expenses for Henry, saving his life. After two video chats and some paperwork, we stopped hearing back from Holistapet. We emailed over and over to the same rep that was helping us, to no avail. After a dozen messages with no reply, we realized that Holistapet was ignoring us, and Henry was no longer going to receive the life-saving treatment. This week, Henry died. He passed away from the very disease that Holistapet was 100% capable of providing life-saving treatment for, but just let him suffer and die. He was our best friend. We only heard back from Holistapet once my wife left a public comment on their Instagram (so clearly they only care about animals when their reputation is on the line). They gave an incredibly poor excuse about a transfer-of-leadership that caused us to slip through the cracks. If Holistapet truly cared about animals like they say they do, it would be impossible to forget about a dying dog like Henry. Our hearts are broken. There is nothing that can bring our Henry back to us. And there is no amount of money you could pay me to use this SnakeOil-salesmen’s product. They only care about their image and profits, while letting animals die at their feet along the way. I wish I could give 0 stars.

Nov 23,2022My 20lb 13 year old cat has recently been struggling with arthitis in his back end, and also a stray cat coming around the doors and windows at night making him very aggressive and agitated all day long. I bought the 300 mg tincture and the salmon treats, he is a seafood kitty but would not eat the treats I think because they are too hard (it does say hard chews in the description to be fair) but I out the tincture on his food and he scarfs it up like normal. It has been a few days now and he's back to his normal self being a lot more perky and has lost the aggressiveness probably from the pain of the arthitis and the anger of another cat being in his territory. He has pet steps for the bedroom and a few window sills but it has definitely shown improvement with his mobility and attitude for sure. I would reccomend trying these products it has had a positive impact on my old man of a kitten
