Slowest shipping ever!!! My order was placed on a Monday and five days later it still hasn't even been shipped. Emails to the company are answered by AI, not even a real person.

Discontinued Ordering I used Holistapet for several years, but discontinued ordering and now receive CBD for my dog from a different but trusted vendor. When I received some wrong product and all I was able to get from customer service is "we will contact you in 24 hours" The only word they didn't include was "NOT" (CBD is not inexpensive). It now has the feeling the company has been purchased or management greatly changed. Every interaction in the last year was completely different than when I started using their product several years ago.
Just received a email from holistapet allegedly from their CEO , thanking me for being a customer, I’ve purchased many CBD treatments for my dog over a few years. However now when I click the link to open their website I get an Access Denied prompt pop up stating the site owner has set restrictions for me accessing the site .

I've been ordering CBD oil for my cat who is 14 years old and has spinalosis I couldn't touch him on his back by the tail. He would cry out. The vet prescribed pain medication but I wasn't interested in him being addicted to pain meds. So I took a chance with CBD oil. I've been giving it to him for a few months now and I can pet him in that spot and he is okay with that. His spinalosis is permanent but he is comfortable and happy.
I was having trouble trying to cancel a subscription with Holistapet and Janine Blakewell from customer support took care of it quickly. She saved me perhaps hours of trying to search for a way to do it myself. Thank you Janine!!!
Tried ordering the larger cbd for my 2 elderly dogs and for the last 6 months the only send me one bottle of the smallest size. Surprisingly enough i am getting charged for the big one still.
Worse company ever!!!! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING from the website-you will never ever get your products!!!!! I ordered my products in the beginning of September. Is still do not have my order. To top it off NO ONE will answer the customer service phone number. I have a credit card investigation going on! I REPEAT DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THE WEBSITE!!!!!!
The products are good, but the customer service is so horrible to the point of actual theft. Once, a monthly order was not delivered but I thought maybe it was my mistake somehow and I didn't investigate. The second time this happened (within a few months) I did investigate and the shipping company told me it was "returned to sender" despite months of delivering to the same address. HolistaPet provided no notification of any error at any point and didn't respond to emails or calls. So now they have the product I bought and my money. I'm not sure what that is if not theft. Additionally, the online interface has always been glitchy and a pain to deal with. The products seemed alright, but definitely not worth the hassle at this point.
Waited 30 days for the product and never recieved it. The last order took over 14 days to get. Customer Service blamed it on the shipper. I was told once the shipper has the order they have no control. Get a new shipper.
Their produts are good but God help you if you need to contat cutstomer service!!! When you call you always get a voice mail & no one calls you back!! You sent a detailed email & someone sends you a return email in 4 or 5 days & says "how can I help you?" Very frustrating!!
I have been giving my dog Holistapet treats for years now and she absolutely loves them! Our dog suffers from anxiety, and these treats calm her down while offering a delicious snack that she loves. Recently when my dog was sick, I was supplementing her pain meds with Holistapet oil and treats, which helped her pain and increased her appetite. They were much easier on her system than the prescription meds and she actually enjoyed eating them.
Let me tell you about this they will cheat you. During their BOGO I bought 4. I received .5oz bottles when the picture clearly shows a 2oz. Bottle. They won't answer their phone. Reported them to the BBB, they said this company never responded. I spoke to a customer service representative named Steve. ( holistapet emplyee)Rude. Played along like he was helping me. No follow through. There are many customer complaints. READ THEM. they also CHANGED THEIR FORMULA MAKING IT LESS EFFECTIVE. This is all reported for public viewing. BUYERS BEWARE. I WARNED YOU😔 Also read a review where a dog got sick on oil . Got it tested and was laced with mold
Oh yeah, I'm filing all kinds of complaints with state of California which thankfully will investigate. They are terrible company. My cat reacted so terribly she was just fine on plnt human grade CBD oil then started this a few months later. Absolutely horrible. Worst customer service. Yeah yeah you guys are dealing with a crack SEO top marketing person. So good luck. Not to toot my own h orn or anything, but I've spent the last almost 3 weeks helping people in LA haina Maui try and find their pets after the wildfires and I need to take good care of my own cat and you have put so much stress on me Good luck with your brand
Our 14 year old Chi-wi was showing signs of dementia. He would pace around the house in the evening, was wetting the bed at night, and he would scream all night once he was put to bed. Our vet gave us a prescription for something but we didn’t find it helped at all. I was reading up on dementia in dogs and found out about using melatonin. I stumbled across HolistaPet and decided to order the Melatonin chews. My dog loves them and seems to be back to normal. No more screaming at night, the bed wetting is rare, and the other dementia symptoms have subsided significantly. I’m not a fan of the website, but I’ve figured out the navigation and will continue to order because we’ve had such success for our little old man. I’ve just ordered the probiotics for our itchy lab, and I plan on signing up for the membership if we see similar success with him.
While I was checking out a item that I was looking at popped into my invoice…I did not want this item…I was on hold for 30 minutes trying to contact holistapet to correct the error but I was told to leave my name and information. I emailed them a few times and was told since it was processing he could not cancel it. It states it is processing the minute you receive the confirmation! This is horrible customer service…I have bought many times before but I will find another cbd company in the future. I have never had a worst customer service support than I received with this company.
Cat wouldn't touch them, actually spit them out if she got one!!!!!!!
Their customer service is non-existent ! Have been on hold many times with no answer..Have left messages and e:mails with no answers !

Jan 01,2025Great products but have had terrible customer service and their website doesn't recognize discount codes. I am always getting emails from them with discounts for me to order. I then go to order and their system always tells me invalid code. I send emails to their contact address and then they give me a special code that is only active for 10 minutes. Good luck with that. Unless they fix their systems I would another vendor.
