What made my last purchase so amazing is the quick response from customer service. I was accidentally shipped a package of dog treats in place of my ordered cat treats and they had it resolved and an new item on the way almost immediately. I don’t know why, but I thought the calming soft chews would be more effective with my dogs, but it turns out the biscuits seem to work better for them. So I stocked up on their last sale.
