Jun 12,2023The age verification system failed and I received an email requesting me to send Photo ID. I do not have photo ID so I sent copies of my birth certificate, National Insurance card, and an NHS letter. They refused to accept this as proof of age. They then canceled my order. I have never been discriminated against before because I do not have photo ID. I ordered the multitool from a different company and was age verified with no problem. I emailed to request that all the ID that I sent be permanently deleted under GDPR legislation but have heard nothing since. Shockingly bad service.

Jun 11,2023I only wish I’d found these boots sooner. They are well made (I assume they are made in the uk?) especially for under £90 Good Quality leather and not too heavy on your feet. I did read some of the reviews saying that boots were actually much larger than size stipulated, I take a size UK 6 and risked them being too big - which they weren’t, I have arthritic big toe joints and have to have wide fit shoes, when I tried the boots on they fit perfectly and very comfortable for walking my dogs.
