Nov 20,2023Ordered a pair of boots, delivery was quick and it's great they also do exchanges. Unfortunately I had to return the boots as the model was not suitable for me. It took a while to process my refund but customer service was very good and they sorted it out swiflty once I contacted them. Would order again in the future.

Nov 14,2023Very late on delivering now, and poor communications. Still have not received my coat that I needed asap after 7 days. It says 2-4 days delivery when you pay £5 for royal mail tracked. I dont believe that they have in fact sent it at all. As no tracking number or dispatch email. Very very irritating. Avoid as has been more hustle than it’s worth. Now I suppose I will have to chase them for a refund.

Nov 13,2023Purchased coat for walking our 3 very active Working Cocker Spaniels and so impressed have bought another 3. Thats 2 for me and 2 for hubby as though size 12 and 14 plenty of room under for warm clothing and air holes under arms to breathe. Wore in heavy downpour walking the dogs for miles and I was perfectly dry yet not to hot. I am a bit short so goes down to my ankles which suits me fine. Very nice coats and quick delivery too. Thank you Hollands Country Clothing.

I got in touch to double check & got such a lovely, friendly & helpful reply back. The socks appeared in plenty of time and I just wanted to say thank you - for taking the time to help & advise. Sep 11,2023Placed and paid for my order with added payment for quick delivery. As requested I downloaded shop app to track my first order with Holland's. App told me it was delivered the very next day which was untrue. After three days and no delivery I had to contact supplier and cancel my order. The only saving grace was how helpful customer service acted. Please Holland's use another company for your tracking data.

Aug 11,2023I dealt with Melissa a customer service advisor who was excellent concerning a waterproofing issue i had with a jacket purchased last November 22. I have now received a brand new replacement, received this morning 11th August. I cannot fault the professional service and the no quibble replacement. Top class service from a top class firm.

Aug 11,2023I ordered the ladies full length Sandringham riding raincoat size 10. As I'm only 5ft 2 I was over the moon to find it is the perfect length for my short legs!! I ordered it just before our 2 day heatwave so have only tried it on at the mo. Can't wait for rain!!😅🤣

Aug 02,2023Not happy at all i ordered a coat paid nearly £7 for next day delivery it didnt show up for nearly a week bu then ot was to late as what i needed it for had been and gone when the coat arrived i went to send it back and no returns label in the package so i have emailed and phoned and had no answer from either! So not a happy Customer

Jul 22,2023Bought a Jack Murphy Lambourn Men’s Long Coat whose outer skin came away at pocket and then tore as outer material is low strength plastic: Hollands have been provided with images but now want me to be without the item for an indeterminable time (return to Hollands who will then return to supplier) whilst no replacement in sight. Seems a very shoddy item and culture for the price paid. Worse still is Hollands attitude to problems: just launches a meaningless standardised request for images and then does nothing with them, sitting in the middle offering nothing. Holland does not therefore even attempt to stand behind what it sells, so I recommend customers buy direct in order to avoid Holland’s lack of purpose when problems occur. Hollands hides behind the manufacturer’s need to physically inspect and now even cites it is seeking product improvement : total waste of my time especially since I also offered a video review that was turned down and, in any case, reliable retailers decide themselves rather than hide behind the manufacturer, especially after having already requested and supplied with images clearly showing the tear. Snide reply is an appalling example of Hollands aftersales culture given the untrue statement that I had the item for one year: only ordered January 2023 and damage is covered by them for 6 months plus this item is meant to be outdoor wear” and was used infrequently when very wet ie only 5 times. My wide experience with other retailers shows faulty goods are decided by retailers themselves, especially on “rugged wear” items that should not tear: avoid Hollands!!!

When I tried to place the order, I was billed $39.00 for shipping. I contacted your customer service, got a response, and nothing happened. I guess doing nothing or not responding is good business at your organization.
