Jul 03,2023The first time I’ve left Rosie who is just 1 and understandably a little nervous leaving her for a week. I needn’t have worried she was placed with a very caring couple and I could see when I picked her up yesterday she was very happy. I was impressed that all Rosie’s details were in a folder. I found the company very professional and would not hesitate to recommend.

Jul 03,2023Vin was made very welcome and was very spoilt. He is quite old so has different needs to younger dogs but he had a lovely time with Janice. We were able to enjoy our trip as we knew he was in safe hands. The pics/updates really helped. He was even introduced to doggy ice cream in his new home from home!

Jun 30,2023We went away for 2 weeks and the loveliest lady and her husband looked after our 2 dogs. The care given to our dogs and the communication to us was superb. We received pictures and messages letting us know how the dogs were doing and quick responses when we checked in on them! We will definitely be using again it was a super service and I would highly recommend to anyone. We had complete peace of mind and felt really comfortable knowing our dogs were happy!

We received texts to update us on how she was doing, and she looked happy and relaxed in the home when we came to collect her. We're so grateful to Home from Home and our sitters for taking such good care of our dog.

Jun 19,2023Emma is a great dog boarder who made me feel very at ease leaving Mollie. Sadly, I lost my other dog a week prior to holiday so I was very anxious and upset but Emma made me feel at ease and the communication was great. Home from Home is a great company, I was surprised that I was only due a minimal refund (less than £30) due to the booking changing from two dogs to one. I feel the terms and conditions should be looked at in regards to this.

Jun 12,2023The whole process was smooth, from contacting Home from Home to setting up a meeting with the provided dog carer and dropping off our dog when we went on holiday. Every detail was covered - food, commands, habits, where she likes to sleep. Our dog had a great holiday of her own. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Jun 12,2023Our fluffy boy, Bentley, stayed with Caroline from Home from Home Dog Boarding during the mid-term break while we were away. This was our first time "Dog Boarding" and it was a very pleasant experience for all. We had a very relaxing holiday enjoying amenities and attractions where dogs weren't allowed, and Bentley had his own little leisurely holiday at Caroline's! She is a dog lover by heart - not only did we receive loads of photos and updates, she also sorted his initial anxiety with loads of love and attention AND a 'special diet' ("cooked lamb liver with loads of vitamins for his tummy" :) Needless to say, the holiday was too short for both Bentley and us and we will be planning the next one on the precondition that we can secure Caroline again. We can highly recommend her exceptional service.
