Sep 14,2024In the Des Moines Iowa store today, Jolene helped us with our purchase and was very very helpful, kind, took her time, no commission, yet she spent alot of time and effort helping us pickout our pieces and checking on stock, etc. In the last week I had been in there and spent hours choosing what I wanted and there were tons of employees, standing around and usually walked away if they saw a customer coming. She came up to us and was cheerful and wanting to help.
