Jun 10,2024Returns and refunds take far too long! This is my second return/refund that has taken 6 weeks or more to process. After 6 weeks, I called customer service and they said that they would push my return to accounting and ask that it be processed as a rush. Homemakers blames new software, but if you check with BBB, this has been ongoing since November 2023. Homemakers will keep your money for over 6 weeks after you return a product according to their return policy. I will likely never shop Homemakers again!

Jun 13,2024Website is very easy to use. The only thing I didn't like is a kind of pop up appeared at the bottom of the screen to 'Add to cart' and couldn't be removed. It interfered with reviewing the stock.
