Jan 08,2024I canceled in order back on November 21st and it is now January 7th and I'm still waiting for the refund to be processed. They never answer their phones, they do not respond to emails, and it is the worst customer service I have ever received from a company! I have filed a complaint with the BBB and placed a dispute with my credit card company! This is beyond ridiculous! Buyer beware!

Dec 21,2023The entire process of ordering a large recliner for out-of-state delivery from HomeMakers Furniture was flawless. The Customer Service rep was superb in placing the order and explaining all options and costs, which were lower than any other source. Communications with Homemakers and the shipper (CEVA) were great. The recliner was delivered on time, and in perfect condition. The CEVA Driver was polite, courteous, and professional. This proved to be a great choice on our part and both HomeMakers and CEVA are highly recommended.
