Feb 15,2024Prices are amazing. I was nervous about buying a sectional on line from another state but could pass up the pricing. Delivery was free. They do not deliver inside and set up. They deliver to your door. With such a great price and free shipping it was worth it. Everything came exceptionally wrapped and packaged. Love the furniture. Was easy to put legs on furniture. Very happy with Homemakers. Will order from them in the future!

All the information about the company is so appealing: it is refreshing to be able to buy from a company owned by actual people who stay in a town and support it. When I needed a question answered, I got a prompt response from an actual human. Again, it was really different from most other dealings with bigger companies. When I need other furniture, I will start at Homemakers.

Feb 02,2024Has been over a month since I ordered the sofa. Supposed to have surgery soon. Was supposed to arrive a couple weeks ago but they keep pushing the date. Supposedly the delivery truck "broke down." Company refusing to deliver the days I am off work and the mornings when my roommate is off until 10:30. I am a nurse and work 12 hour shifts in ICU and can't just leave my patients on my work days. Really bad company and communication from what I have seen so far. And they want to charge over 35% restocking fee for not delivering on the days I am off. Pitiful when I am going out of my way waiting for them to show up and supposedly their delivery vehicles don't even work. Maybe they need to rent some trucks or let their customers meet up to pick up the furniture.
