Aug 17,2022Ref:WS453612 Job ID:797148-1 and JobID:1 Had my boiler serviced yesterday as part of my 24/7 boiler contract. Prior to the service, I was sent a tracker so I could follow my engineer’s route, which is a useful tool if you’re planning other things, but I didn’t bother as I was at home all day anyway. The service engineer was polite and friendly and carried out the service with the minimum of fuss and disruption, filled in the appropriate paperwork and the job was done. Excellent service all round….thankyou.
