Jul 30,2021I had my central heating boiler serviced by a representative of Highland and Grampian Heating Services Ltd. They called me on a Saturday morning to arrange the appointment. The engineer called 15 minutes before he was due to arrive to let me know he was on his way and the boiler was serviced and given a clean bill of health. I was asked if I had any concerns about anything regarding the heating system, which I did not, but it was good to know that the engineer was there to help should I have needed it. The area was left clean and tidy afterwards. I would rate this service I received as excellent.
