Avoid, engineer looked for extra work instead of issuing cp12, came up with lies of high risk about a flexible pipe fitted.... a hob that passed the cp12 for 25 years mainly with British gas and even with this company. Pointless talking to customer services so I have filled a formal complaint and will take it to the ombudsman mainly to stop them doing this to others
Refitted us a new boiler and left a serious gas leak which could of blown the house up according to the emergency Cadent engineer who had to come out. We ended up with no gas for Christmas and were then subjected to a 2 hour demolition of our house by an engineer who tried to blame the leak on everything but the boiler but eventually conceded that the boiler was leaking. Shocking company to do business with and did not take the matter seriously at all. They will kill someone soon!! Avoid at all costs
Answering the phones would be a good place to start never seems to be anyone there to take a call you’ll be ringing most of the day
My engineer Lee, went above and beyond! Not only providing a top quality hassle and stress-free service but was lightning fast as well! A happy outgoing cheerful manner that would brighten up anyone's day even if that person was having an awful day 😊 explained everything to me even broke it down how it would work and what he would be doing! A real credit to the company.

Feb 25,2025not recommended! GAS engineer came around and called the gas network to close the gas without telling me. He reported POC without even properly testing. Incompetent and unprofessional. Will submit a complaint to the gas safe register and request compensation. House with small children with no heating and hot water in February!!! Called a different gas engineer and I was given a gas certificate without fuss! I was promised a call back by a home response 360 manager but never received it. Though they sent a quotation for the repair for 1200£. Note the original part required is available in my local shop for 24£. It is not hard to believe their technique is to disconnect the gas supply to push you into an overpriced repair.
