Jun 22,2021I joined 24/7 sometime last year with scepticism. Two days ago, I had the first opportunity to use their service. I booked a claim through their app, and was given a call for the next day. When the engineer, Harpreet, arrived, I explained the problem to him. He instantly said he knew what the issue is and actually sorted out the root cause, which many a previous engineers from other providers failed! Great first experience.
