Everal was extremely polite, personable and a true gentleman. He explained everything with great knowledge and answered all of our questions with calm composure. Excellent.

We Had a boiler breakdown and Gas engineer Connor Mullen from 24/7 home rescue came to assess the breakdown. He diagnosed the correct issue within minutes and ordered the parts. The same day 24/7 organised a repair visit for the next day. Connor turned up the next day on time. I found Connor to be a very professional polite and courteous engineer and someone who was very experienced in his field he spent a couple of hours replacing the parts and fixed the major issue and tidied up afterwards I would give connor 10/10 and hope 24/7 appreciate they have a great gas engineer representing the 24/7 home rescue company Would highly recommend 5 stars

Quick and courteous home boiler service.
Colin attended my home yesterday to do an annual boiler service. His customer service was excellent. I am a very inquisitive customer and he patiently answered all my questions so I could understand what he was doing at every stage. His communication was excellent. He also had to move items to do a gas check and replaced everything he took from the cupboard under the stairs. Colin also had to place a central heating inhibitor into the system, which he did through the towel rail in the bathroom. This was done by removing water from the system, adding the inhibitor and then turning on the heating in order for the inhibitor to circulate. There was some spillage of water and Colin cleared everything up! This was all done with great care and attention. All in all I am a very happy customer and thank Colin for this excellent service.

What a difference experience makes... Three-way valve and controller replaced very professionally, swiftly, and with no mess, by a very knowledgeable and polite senior 24/7 technician who confirmed that the valve and its controller should have been replaced many years earlier. Valve and controller had been a perennial 'weakest link' in the system; previous visits by more junior 24/7 and BG technicians only replaced the controller when it was clear that the controller motor was working too hard (then overheating) to open the valve. In terms of value for money, the 24/7 offering is far superior to BG Homecare. So much so that I've moved my parents from BG to 24/7, saving them hundreds of pounds a year. Review would have been 5* but for the actions of the more junior technicians who didn't undertake simple checks of the valve's operation and relied on what they believed to be the simple, quick expedient of a new controller.
