Oct 28,2022I came across the Home Selling Expert website just today, after trawling through auction routes which were all very new to me. I found the advice comprehensive, easy to understand and navigate, and really useful pointers which I followed through. I also phoned for free advice. Not only was one of the owners on the phone, but they also took their time to understand my personal situation and gave me some very honest feedback. I felt much more informed and had a range of balanced common sense views, and some excellent insights to go away with. It is really important to me not to feel naive about the options of such a big financial decision as house selling, especially right now; and so it was a massive bonus to have access to a real person as well as a very helpful website, as they were able to update me too. This was such a refreshing change and a very positive experience when the climate is a bit difficult. Will definitely continue to use it.

Matt has offered great advice and held my hand every step of the way to get my flat sold in these awkward circumstances. He is incredibly knowledgeable and very patient. Jun 21,2022Couldn’t recommend Matt highly enough. I’d had a nightmare property with subsidence which was proving impossible to sell through estate agents. After some great advice from Matt, I ended up selling through an auction for a far better price than anticipated (and only marginally below what I would’ve got on the open market except without the delay). His patience and professionalism meant that I felt well informed as to what my options were and having contacts with the largest auction house going enabled me to move quickly. I’m so relieved to have sold the property and so grateful for help I had from Matt.
