I have been in the property game for over 40 years but facing a unique issue that I had never faced before with an auction property deal, Mathew spent over an hour of his time offering immense and extremely invaluable advise. So easy to speak with and no slight of hand here with Mathew so no hidden fees or charges just awesome advice. I now no where to go for helpful advise.

May 10,2022I found the service very useful, as a first time buyer there many different ways in which a house can be sold each with their own terms and conditions and inevitably pot holes for you to fall in. Home selling experts got back to me very quickly answering all the questions I had and shed some light on some concerns I have had.

May 09,2022I found Matthew's number online as I had a problem with a property that I had bought at Auction. I messaged him on a Bank Holiday Monday and he got back to me within the hour! Matthew was amazing he spent a good 40 mins on the phone to me whilst I explained my problem and he was extremely attentive. He gave me excellent advice and offered to source me a legal expert who would be best to suit my needs. Matthew did not disappoint and he came back to me the very next day. I cannot recommend Matthew enough! A real pleasure to deal with!

Apr 12,2022Following my request for free advice on his Company Website, Home Selling Expert, Matt showed a genuine interest in helping to resolve issues concerning the sale of my flat, he was not biased towards any method of sale but took time to explain the pros and cons of using agents and auctioneers for my particular situation. Matt even researched the likely auction reserve price and compared this to market valuations used by estate agents. Matt is extremely patient and unhurried, knowledgeable, and seemed interested in helping me to get the best possible deal in the limited time I have.
