Liam went above and beyond on many occasions assessing damage, arranging contractors and was very professional in his dealings with the tenants and myself who owns the property. Dec 03,2024Homesure had managed a property of mine for a number of years - without any issue. I was extremely pleased. I then made the decision to sell the property and approached Homesure to take this forward - which they did. The initial buyer identified and found by Homesure was progressing through conveyancing well but unfortunately pulled out late into the process. An understood part of any property transaction. Where Homesure really excelled was in finding a new buyer and ensuring that conveyancing progressed as quickly as possible. Amy Boyle was my main point of contact and communicated clearly throughout the process. Would happily sell via Homesure again.
