Jul 09,2023i ordered 2 “paw hug from heaven” rings for myself and my mother. i ordered them 3 weeks ago, the day after our sweet dog passed away. i received no notice of shipment, tracking, etc. i finally received them today, and they don’t look sterling silver at all, but they actually look almost like they’re fake and rusty. the engravement is too small to read on both rings, you can’t even read it with a flashlight shown on it. i’m so disappointed with my order, especially considering i paid almost $70 for the rings.

I gave them from my heart so they would know I was there for them when they needed a hug. I'll do more of the same with my last order and will more than likely order more in the future if needed. They do make people feel great.

Most recently I have ordered and already received 2 feather rings with my brothers name engraved on them. One for me and my sister-in-law as we recently lost him. This company is a joke and their customer service was awful. Every correspondence I received was through text message and a lot of those messages were generated. This company has no idea how to treat their customers and all the good reviews they claim on their social pages and website are complete lies. I recommend you buy from someone else.

The ring came very nicely boxed.the engraving on the ring was perfect and it also came with some lovely heart felt messages. The company is amazing who care so much and take pride in their customers. They won’t settle for anything but 100% customer satisfaction which my experience with these has been exactly that. If anyone is after a beautiful exquisite place of jewellery then I can’t recommend this company enough.
